By installing or using the InsOrbit Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension and discontinue use.
InsOrbit is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to download publicly accessible Instagram content — including photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and Highlights — to their local device. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not upload any content to our servers.
You are solely responsible for how you use InsOrbit. By using the Extension, you agree that you will:

InsOrbit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Monthly and yearly Pro plans are billed on a recurring basis. By providing your payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel in accordance with Section 7.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We will send you advance notice before the renewal of any annual subscription. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or sales tax) unless otherwise stated; where required by law, applicable taxes will be collected and remitted.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@insorbit.com from your registered email. A cancellation confirmation will be sent within one business day.
A Lifetime license grants you access to all Pro features indefinitely, including future feature updates, for a single one-time payment. It does not include upgrades to a future major product version that may be sold as a separate product. Lifetime purchases are subject to the refund terms described in our Refund Policy.
A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases across all paid plans. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital services, fees outside this window are generally non-refundable. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Extension. We reserve the right to take the following actions if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited conduct:
Upon termination for cause, your right to use the Extension ceases immediately and no refund will be issued. If you believe a termination was made in error, you may contact us at support@insorbit.com to request a review.
InsOrbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all versions of Chrome or Instagram's interface. Instagram may change their platform at any time, which could affect functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsOrbit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Extension.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
