1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the InsOrbit Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

InsOrbit is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to download publicly accessible Instagram content — including photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and Highlights — to their local device. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not upload any content to our servers.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use InsOrbit. By using the Extension, you agree that you will:

• Only download content you have the legal right to access and save
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use at all times
• Not use downloaded content for commercial purposes without proper authorization
• Not use the Extension to harass, stalk, or infringe upon the rights of others

4. Not Affiliated with Instagram or Meta

InsOrbit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of Instagram's platform is governed by Instagram's own terms and policies.

5. License

InsOrbit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Free plan: A single-user license with usage limits as described on the pricing page.
• Pro plan: A license for use on up to 3 devices per license key. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Monthly and yearly Pro plans are billed on a recurring basis via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time, except as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Lifetime License

A Lifetime license grants you access to all Pro features indefinitely, including future feature updates, for a single one-time payment. It does not include upgrades to a future major product version that may be sold as a separate product.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension
• Use the Extension to scrape data at a scale that violates Instagram's platform policies
• Automate or script the Extension beyond its intended use
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

InsOrbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all versions of Chrome or Instagram's interface. Instagram may change their platform at any time, which could affect functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsOrbit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Extension.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
